曲马多与吗啡用于静脉镇痛的效果评估及比较

Comparison of the Effects of Tramadol and Morphia on Analgesia Via Veins

目的 :比较曲马多与吗啡应用于病人术后静脉镇痛的临床效果。方法 :选胸腔内手术病人 10 0例 ,随机分成曲马多组 (T组 )、吗啡组 (M组 )。手术结束分别给予负荷量后开启PIA泵 ,于术后 4h、8h、12h、3 6h、4 8h随访观察镇痛效果、镇静效果、恶心呕吐、尿潴留、皮肤瘙痒、呼吸抑制发生率。结果 :两组镇痛、镇静效果比较差异无显著性意义。结论 :曲马多用于静脉镇痛效果确切 ,副作用少 ,为PIA治疗的良好选择。

Objective:To compare the effects of tramadol and morphia on analgesia via veins after operations. Methods: 100 patients who had endured thoracic operations were devided randomly into tramadol group and morphia group. At the end of operation the analgesia pump was activated. After the initial dosage was given, the efficacy for analgesia and degrees of Sedation at the 4, 8, 12, 14, 36, and 48 hours after operations as well as the morbidity of nausea, Emesis, skin pruritus, and respiratory depression were observed. Results: There was not much defference between the two groups for analgesia and Sedation, however the rates of nausea, Emesis, skin pruritus, and Urinary retention in tramadol group were much lower than morphia group(all P <0.05). Conclusion: Ttramadol has excellent intravenals analgesia and less side effect that is suitable for PIA.
