二种沙丁胺醇粉雾剂治疗哮喘的临床对比观察

The Clinical Contrast Observation of Treating Asthma by Two Types of Salbutamol

目的 :研究比较国产舒喘灵粉剂与喘速平粉雾剂治疗成人哮喘的疗效。方法 :将研究对象随机分为吸入舒喘灵粉剂的A组 ( 2 1例 )和吸入喘速平粉剂的B组 ( 2 0例 ) ,所有病人在首次吸入粉雾剂前、后分别测定FEV1、FVC并记录临床症状、体征和附加用药情况。结果 :吸入药物后 ,A、B两组均 :( 1)症状分数明显下降 ,症状改善程度相仿 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;( 2 )肺功能FEV1、FVC均有明显的升高 ,且差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;( 3 )附加用药减少 ;( 4 )副作用少 ,且能耐受。结论 :两种沙丁胺醇粉雾剂均奏效快 ,副作用小 ,使用方便 ,值得广泛用于临床。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacies of national-made Aerosol salbutamol and Chuan Shu Ping salbutamol in the treatment of adult asthema. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into group A (Cnhaling Aerosol salbutamol, 21 cases) and Gramp B (Chuan Shu Ping salbutamol, 20 cases). FEV and FVC were assayed and clinical symptom and sign as well as use of additional medicine were observed in all the patients before and after inhaling the salbutamols. Results: After inhaling the medicines, all the patients showed an obviously subsided symptomatic grade and function of the lung improved, and FEV and FVC increased without any differences between the two groups (P>0.05). There were few of additional medicine needed and little side effects were found in both groups. Conclusion: Two salbutamols bring binifit very quickly and have little side effect. As a result, both them are worth to use.
