中药缓释剂黄甲棒治疗急性冠周炎的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Therapeutic Efficacy of Slowly Release Preparation H.J.B(Traditional Chinese Medicine) in Acute Pericoronitis

目的 :了解中药缓释制剂黄甲棒治疗急性冠周炎的效果。方法 :选择 183例急性冠周炎患者 ,随机分成二组进行对比实验。一组用 3 %双氧水清洗冠周盲袋后置入一段黄甲棒 ,一组双氧水清洗后放入碘甘油 ,3d后复诊时比较治疗效果。结果 :黄甲棒治疗组显效率 80 .0 % ,总有效率 99.0 % ,对照组无显著例数 ,总有效率为 3 3 .3 % ,两组有效率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :黄甲棒对急性冠周炎的治疗有显著疗效。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of a slowly release preparation, Huang Jia Bang(HJB),traditional Chineses medicine, in treatment of acute pericornitis. Methods: 183 cases of acute periconitis were randomly divided into two groups: HJB group and control group. In HJB group, HJB was put in the pericon pocket after pericon of patient was rinsed with 3% hydrogen poroxide solution. In the control group, all were the same except iodine glycerin in stead of HJB was put in the pericon pocket. Results: In the treatment group, the efficacious rate was 80% and the total efficaciuos rate was 99.0%. However, the efficacious rate and the total efficacious rate were 0% and 33.3%, respectively in the control group with a significant difference from those of the treatment group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The results indicate that HJB has a remarkable efficacy in the treatment of acute pericomitis.
