日本血吸虫单克隆抗体的筛选及初步应用的探讨

摘要 目的 :寻找更有效的检测血吸虫CAg探针。方法 :经 5次细胞融合 ,获得 17株高效价抗血吸虫肠相关和虫卵抗原McAb。分别标记辣根过氧化物酶后 ,采用直接Dot ELISA对健康人、急感和慢感进行了双盲平行检测。结果 :诊断效能分别在 88.0和 96 .1之间 ,其中最好的一株Jouden指数为 0 .87。结论 Objective: To find more effective probes for detecting circulating antigen (CAg) of schistosome. Methods: 17 monoclonal antibodies (McAb) were made through 5 times of cellular blend and then were applied to detect CAg in the sera of normal, acute and chronic infected individuals with Dot ELISA by double blind trial. Results: The results showed that the diagnostic efficiencies were between 88.0 and 96.1. The best one presented Jouden index of 0.87. Conclusion: The results prove that it is effective to use the probes to detect CAg of schistosome.
