摘要
阐述了我国当前城市水资源状况及用水管理的发展转变,指出了实现定额目标管理是解决我国水资源危机的出路。
This paper states the present conditions of urban water resources in China and the development of using water management ,and points out that realizing the quota aim management will solve the crisis of water resources in China.
