摘要
针对考察过程中发现的一些关于水污染情况,水污染治理过程中存在的问题,提出了一些改善管理体制和防治水污染及水污染治理的措施和对策。
The article is on the basis of the conditions about the water-pollution and problems in the process of the harnessing of the water-pollution during the investigation course. Some measures and suggestions are raised which are about how to improve the management system and how to harness the water-pollution.
