摘要
现代远程教育这种新型教育方式正以革命性的姿态迅速发展,并已成为我国政府在新世纪里全力推进的一项“教育基础工程”。文章从全国发展的宏观战略高度,对这项“国家工程”中的目标项目的构成,高校试点工作的任务、运作及尚需解决的问题等方面作了全面阐述,以此为参照,对中央广播电视大学“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点项目”的评估工作提出了具体的要求和希望。
Modern Distance Education,as a new type of Education is rapidly developed in a revolutionary manner,it has been an item of 'Educational Basic Engineering' being put forward with full strength in the new century by our government.This paper explains completely on the aspects of construction of this object program of 'National Engineering',as well as Example tasks in Universities with corresponding operations,and related problems to be solved.Based on such references,requirements and expectations for the evaluation of the central TVU's program of Reform of 'Fostering mode for qualified personnel and Experimental open Education Items' are presented.
