摘要
具体实施远程开放式教育 ,要转变传统的教育观念 ,建立新型的组织模式 ,加强对开放教育技术的应用和研究 。
Put the long distance open style education into practice, we should change the traditional concept of education,build new organization model,strengthen the use and study of open education technology,and set up the complete evaluation system.
