摘要
实施西部开发战略 ,是党中央、国务院面向新世纪做出的重大决策。在实施过程中 ,应从产业选择、资金、人才、生态环境等方面入手 ,使各种资源合理配置 ,加快西部地区发展 ,促进西部经济的腾飞。
The central party comittee and the ministry of states strategies for developing the west has already been put into practice.This article discusses such problems as the industry choice, capital,intellectual talents and ecological environment concerning the development and put forward corresponding measures that should be taken to promote the galloping of west economy.
