A special evaluation of headmaster training is an important measure for building up the contingents of headmasters, for carryinng forward quality education comprehensively,for realizing endurable development of education.To establish such an inclusive,systematic and scientific quality evaluation system,the following must be observed:to make clear the object of the training work;to make certain and standardize the content and items of evaluation;to make synthetical use of evaluating methods.
