关于我国农业结构调整的思考

Thoughts on Adjustment of Our Agriculture

促进我国农业结构调整涉及诸多方面 ,其中处于首要地位的是转变发展农业的指导思想 ,从只注重量的增加转到更加关注农产品的品种、质量上来。农户经营规模过小 ,农村人口过多 ,制约着农业结构调整 ,应采取措施强化农户竞争 ,促进农地使用权流转 ;着力发展中小城市 ,有限度地发展大城市 ,培植一批重点乡镇 。

Many fields are concerned on promoting the adjustment of our agriculatural structure, of which the vital importance is to transform our guide ideology to develop agriculture, that is, transform from the attention of the addition of quantity into that of variety and quality of the farm products. The adjustment of our agricultural structure is restricted by peasants′ small scaled management and the surphus of our agricultural population, therefore, some measures should be taken to strengthen the competition between peasants and to promote the transformation of the right of the farmland use. Also, some measures should be taken to develop some middle and small cities mainly, at the same time to develop big cities within a limit, and cultiveate some major towns and townships to accelerate our urbanization comstruction course.
