Analysis of Psychological Qualities in English Reading

阅读是一项复杂的人类心理活动 ,为了使每个学生尽可能迅速提高外语阅读水平 ,教师应尽量充分了解阅读教学的心理特点 ,本文主要从学生的智力水平、生理水平、兴趣和心理素质 ,社会经济文化背景、语言基础。

Reading is a kind of human being's psychological activity. English teachers should have a thorough knowledge of psychological characteristics of English reading teaching in order to improve student's reading level. This article analyses this subject from six aspects: students' intelligence, their physiology, their interests and psychology, social economical and cultural background, the basis of language,and teaching methods.
