摘要
通过系统观察、测试部分长年参加太极拳练习者和无训练者在完成定量负荷运动前后心肺功能指标变化 ,发现长期进行太极拳练习的老年人心脏泵血功能、心肌收缩机能、肺活量均显著优于普通人 ,表明长年从事太极拳运动对促进老年人心肺功能的改善具有积极作用 ,为老年人参加太极拳运动提供了可靠的实验依据。
The fact has been found after many years of observation and investigation of the changes in the quota training load for cardiapulmonary function of people who have always been doing Taijiquan(Shadow-boxing)exercises and who do not,that those senior people who keep doing Taijiquan exercises are much superior in their cardiac pumping function,cardiac contractility and vital capacity to those who do not play it.It is signification that keeping and doing the exercises can play an active role in improving senior people’s cardiapulmonary function,and it provides the practical experimental proof about how to do the exercises for the senior people.
