摘要
师范生一入校就应加强师范素质的训练和师范技能的培养,因为这一过程既是一个渐进式训练的过程,又是一个有目的分段化培养的过程.只有这样,才能架起师范素质技能培养与中学素质教育相通的桥梁,形成高师院校的人才培养与中学教育接轨的良性循环机制.
Students in teachers college should strengthen the training of pedagogical quality and technique as soon as they enter the college. This process is not a process of training in an orderly way, but a process which should have a certain purpose to develop step by step. By this way, quality technique in teachers college can be closely linked with quality education in middle schools.
