Endogenous Labor Transfer and Business Cycles in an Economic Growth Model

建立了两部门经济增长模型,说明工资差异导致的劳动力部门间的迁移过程.通过引入迁移函数,得到一个三维的离散动力系统.证明模型存在惟一的非零平衡点,经济增长方式由非零平衡点的性态确定.在Cobb Douglas生产函数下,通过数值计算表明,当劳动力迁移的反应系数增大时,系统的平衡点由稳定的平衡点转变为不稳定的平衡点,系统出现分歧,模型所描述的经济由平稳的增长转变为波动增长,最终经济体系出现崩溃.

An economic growth model with endogenous labor transfer and business cycles is given. It is proved that the model has a unique nonzero equilibrium and the status of the economic growth is determinated by the type of the nonzero equilibrium. By numerical computation, the nonzero equilibrium changes from stable into unstable and the system unergoes a bifuraction, and the stable economic growth changes into fluctuant growth as the reaction coefficient becomes big under the Cobb-Douglas production function.
