Review about sports teaching reform in NUST

大学体育教学改革这一热点问题 ,多年来往往是学术探讨多于实践行动 ,改革成效不明显。南京理工大学在“淡化竞技、注重健身、以人为本、重在实效”的指导思想下 ,在项目设置多样化、取消基础课、普及选项课、普及太极拳和游泳、提高理论课时、男女合班上课。

There are more researches than practices about the hot spot of P.E.teaching reform in universities.NUST ses up the teaching concept of 'stressing on building up physique while weakening the sense of competitiveness'and has taken such reformatory measures as diversifying the event establishment,canceling basilar courses,popularizing elective courses,popularizing taiji and swimming,increasing teaching hours of theoretical courses,teaching boys and girls together,paying for the teaching and so on.All these attempts have come into play. Key words:the physical education of NUST,sports teaching,teaching reform 2 gene mutation in a X linked recessive Charcot Marie Tooth disease (CMTXR) family.Methods Mutation analysis of Cx32 was screened by polymerase chain reaction single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR SSCP) combined with DNA direct sequencing in 4 patients, 9 unaffected family members and 50 unrelated normal individuals.Results Arg15Gln mutation was found in 4 patients and 3 unaffected family members.Conclusion The mutation of Cx32 can also cause CMTXR. Using PCR SSCP combined with DNA direct sequencing can make gene diagnosis to CMTXR that is caused by Cx32 mutation.
