摘要 我国改革开放以来培养选拔女干部的政策措施中,针对妇女的倾斜政策具有一定的社会性别敏感,对在新时期促进妇女参政发挥了重要作用。但是,某些带有一定性别盲视的政策或有歧视后果的政策对妇女参政产生了不利的影响。从社会性别的视角,对改革开放以来培养选拔女干部政策进行回顾和分析,是克服性别盲视和使政策趋向更为平等的第一步。 Among the interventions of cultivating and promoting female cadres after the re- form in 1970s, measures favoring women's involvement in management and decision making are gender-sensitive to some extent. Apart from Gender-specific interventions, there are also gender- blind policies which is often male-biased. A Gender analysis on interventions on promoting women's development in management and decision making is the first step to overcome gender-blindness and redirect existing policies toward a more egalitarian direction.
