Emphasize on Competency, Interest and Popularization While Lighting the Importance of Athletics——On the reform and new development to the Collegiate Games

通过对传统运动会中重竞技、重金牌、淡能力、缺乏普及性和趣味性 ,校园体育文化氛围不浓等特性的分析和剖析 ;结合新时期的体育教育目标和大学生知识能力的特点 ,提出高校田径运动会应当朝着淡竞技、重能力、重普及和趣味性相结合的方向发展 ,以及重新构建的模式。

By connecting the analysis on the characteristscs of traditional sports meet ( such as emphasizing on athletics and gold medals while being ignorant to one's competency , lack of popularization and not having a good sports-culture ) with the purpose of the physical education in the new age , this paper aims to construct a new pattern for collegiate Games , which , under this pattern , is supposed to develop in the direction of emphasizing on competency , interest and popularization while lightening the importance of athletics .
