文章主要采用访谈法和文献资料法,对娄烦县中小学体育现状进行分析与研究,针对存在的问题提出了解决的方法及发展的对策,使娄烦县中小学体育尽快走出低谷,为贫困山区改变落后的中小学体育提供参考依据。

This paper used visition and document method,analysed and investigated Loufan County middle and primary school P. E. present situation,put out the settlement method and primary coun-termeasure, lead to Loufan County middle and primary school walking out of lowlying valley, also provided the reference basis for mountain area in stractened circumstances to change the backward features.
