摘要
运用解剖学的理论,以擒拿的解剖学一般特征为基础,对典型擒拿技法的实施状态和 机理进行分析,使练习者从本质上形成技法和机理的统一,提高练习效果。
This article refers to anatomical theory,analyze implmentary state and mechanism of typical seize skill based on general characters of anatomy on seize so that practicer can unify the skill and mechanism substantially and improve practice effect.
