结合目前国家对地勘测绘单位改革、调整的政策和地勘测绘单位内部的客观实际 ,以湖南省地质测绘院的改革、调整为例 ,初步讨论了当前地勘测绘单位进行产业结构。

Based now on policy of the reform and restructure that our nation puts up for surveying and mapping unit of geological reconnaissance and the unit's inner actual situation, some problems such as industrial structure, organization restructure and thinking conception transformation are discussed primarily. It is taken Hunan Institute of Surveying and Mapping of Geology as an example in this paper.
