摘要
讨论了应用价值工程理论进行住宅建筑工程桩基础设计方案比选时所出现的问题,并附有某住宅小 区锤击式沉管灌注桩、夯扩桩与静压桩设计方案的技术经济比选的实例。
The value engineering theory is used for the discussion on the problems arising from the selection of designs of engineering pile foundation of dwelling houses. It is also attached with example of comparison and selection between technology and economy of design schemes of hammered driven pile, tamped extended pile and static - pressure pile.
