摘要
针对铁路外资标工程量清单与《铁路基本建设工程设计概算编制办法》章节表口径不一致和运杂费 计算要求不一样的具体情况,提出有别于传统运距分析方法的运距工程量分析法,从而采用针对性 计算方法计算材料运杂费。
In view of the fact that the bill of quantities in the tender of foreign - funded projects are not in light of provisions specified in Estimate - Making Method for Engineering Design of Railway Capital Construction and the requirements for calculating freight charges are not the same, this paper brings forward the haul distance quantity analysis method which is different from the traditional haul distance analysis method so that freight & miscellaneous charges could be calculated with the new method most applicable.
