This article,from the expansion of limits referring to the work of institution of higher learning's library materials has expounded its status and functions in the cultural constuction of the campus'culture,discussed that the workers of library materials are supposed to have the conditions and direction trying hard so as to keep abreast of the information's times and the rising of intellectual economy.
