摘要
分析女大学生月经周期不同时相中参加体育运动的各项实验数据 ,认为女大学生经期可以参加体育运动 ,这样不但无损于身体 ,而且还有助于身体机能和适应能力的提高 ,但要注意控制运动的强度。
Based on analyses of experimental data of college girl students participation in sports during menopause,the authors find that college girl students can take part in moderate amount of sports during menopause.It is not only good for their health put also beneficial to the promotion of their physical functions and ability of adaptation.
