A research on the present condition of Chinese gym reserve forces and countermeasures to the development

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法发现 ,我国艺术体操后备力量的人口数量少、参加比赛的次数少 ,教练员的选材方法不全面、队员来源起点低。

By literature,questionnaire,interview with the experts,mathematical statistics,the authors find the number of the reserve forces of the Chinese rhythmic gym is small,the chances for the gym athletes to take part in the competitions are slim,the methods for the coaches to select talented people are one sided and starting point of the athletes is low.
