In order to activate class teaching, we have consulted related literature and combine with years of teaching experience. The activation of P. E. teaching condition benefits for the spreading physical education knowledge and creates a well learning environment for students. While students are enjoying beauty, they can master the abilities of exercising bodies. So, teachers must try hard to improve their specialty level and have the spirit of loving their career.
