从“预防保健”健康教育需要出发 ,通过对高校体育教学中的卫生保健教育、健康的自我保护教育和健康的运动行为教育等方面的预防保健教育的现状分析 ,找出问题存在的症结 。

Starting from the needs of the 'prevention and health care', and analyzing the current conditions of the health care education, self protection health education and movements health education in colleges and universities, the article finds the crux of the problems, and puts forward ways to improve prevention health care education from three aspects.
