摘要
对氨法炼铜新工艺进行了探索性的研究,得到了NH3-(NH4)2SO4-H2O体系中浸出铜锌精矿焙砂及在氨性硫酸铜溶液中电积生成铜板的最佳工艺条件。在浸出时间2h,氨水浓度3mol/L,液固比6∶1,温度40℃的条件下,铜的浸出率为65.39%;电积最佳条件为铜离子浓度30g/L,电解液温度40℃,电流密度200A/m2,电流效率达到85.66%。
A study on the new process to deal wit h the calcine which contains copper a nd zinc in the NH3-(NH4)2 SO4-H2O System in order to extract copper has been done in the paper.The optimum c onditions of leaching with a 65.39%copper leaching efficiency:leaching time 2hours,the cont raction of ammonic water 3mol /L,the proportion of liquid to solid 6,leaching temperature 40℃,have been dete rmined.And the greatest current eff iciency of 85.66%can be obtained under the co nditions of the concentration of cop per ion 30g /L,the temperature of the electrolyte 40℃and the current density 200A /m2.
