高脂饮食与耐力性运动对氧化型低密度脂蛋白水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化 (AS)严重威胁人类健康 ,被称为导致人类死亡的“第一杀手”。近年来的研究发现 ,氧化型 L DL 与 AS过程中的多种病变有密切的关系 ,文章在高脂饮食条件下 ,研究了耐力性运动对氧化型 L DL 水平的影响。实验结果提示 ,耐力性运动可有效地抵抗高脂饮食造成的体内氧化型 L DL水平的升高。耐力性运动提高机体抗氧化能力的作用可能是其抑制体内氧化型 L DL 水平升高的重要原因。 Atherosclerosis(AS) has lots of harmful effects to the human' health, which is called 'the first killer' by WHO. Resent researches show that oxidized low density lipoprotein(LDL) has a close relationship with AS. The effect of endurance exercise on the level of oxidized LDL is studied under the condition of hyperlipid diet. The results indicate that endurance exercise can reduce significantly the increase of oxidized LDL resulted by hyperlipid diet The possible reason may be the improvement of antioxidant ability of body caused by endurance exercise.
