摘要
文章使用刚体动力学方程对走步式、挺身式及蹲踞式三种跳远姿势的腾空阶段进行计算机模拟 ,得知不同的跳远空中姿势所需的初始角动量是不同的。同时 ,文章还将介绍一种测量初始角动量的方法 ,以便用它进一步研究跳远并希望能将它应用于训练之中。
The purpose of this article is to study the computer simulation of the flight phase for the Hitch-kick,Hang and Sail styles of long jump by applying the equations of rigid body dynamics .It is shown that each flight phase requires different amount of initial angular momentum.We also introduce a method to quantitatively measure the initial angular momentum,that can be applied to the study and training of long jump.
