新形势下高校学生会面临着许多新情况和新问题 ,针对这些新的变化 ,如何对学生会进行合理定位 ,如何对学生会干部进行正确的引导和培养 ,是摆在高校面前的一项现实而紧迫的任务。文章以对现有情况的分析为基础 ,提出了高校学生会应找准在校园文化建设以及学生群体和教师群体中的位置 ,并提出了对学生会干部进行引导、培养的方式和方法。

Under new circumstances, our college students unions are facing much new situations and many new problems. In view of these changes, how to locate students union reasonably and how to lead and foster students union's cadre properly is a realistic and urgent task that faces college. Based on the analysis of the existing situation, this thesis puts forward the proper position that college students union should locate in the construction of campus culture, students and teachers, and the patterns and methods to lead and foster students union's cadres.
