摘要
文章在分析了学生干部特点及素质要求的基础上 ,重点阐述了提高学生干部素质的途径与方法 ,通过加强理论学习 ,开阔视野 ;加强实践锻炼 ,开拓进取 ;加强培训工作等几个途径 ,使他们成为政治坚定、思想过硬、作风扎实的高素质人才。
This article analyses the characteristic and required diathesis of scholastic cadre, then brings forward the way to improve their diathesis,and training them to be high qualified talents through strengthening theorystudy to exploit view, strengthening practice.
