摘要
心理测量学目前已成为心理学研究中的一个热门课题。它广泛应用于人才选拔、职业指导、临床诊断、教育评价、人事管理、企业管理、司法鉴定等领域 ,扩大了心理学研究范围 ,更重要的是它对心理学的发展具有方法论的意义。文章简要回顾了我国心理测量的历史 ,分析并总结了心理测量的现状以及发展趋势。
Nowadays, psychometrics has already been a hot issue in psychological research. It has been widely used in many fields such as talents selecting ,career guiding, clinical diagnosis, educational evaluation personnel management, enterprise administration and legal identification. Psychometrics has extended the range of psychological research .Furthermore, it has methodological significance for psychological development. The paper briefly tracks the history of psychological survey, analyses the present state and tendency of psychological survey and summarizes some points about them in China.
