As the vital measures to promote the development of colleges and universities,socialization of rear service group inevitably demands the corresponding administrative pattern of fianance should be set up.On the baasis of analysing the characteristics of the rear service group,the author proposes that the accurate, timely, efficient and highly supervisory operational system of finance should be established.
