摘要
腭裂是一种先天性缺陷病.它不同程度地影响呼吸、吸吮、吞咽和语言功能.通过手术修补,恢复解剖关系,使口腔与鼻腔分开,改善患儿吞咽和语言功能.术前充分准备及术后精心护理是手术成功的关键.
Cleft palate is a congenital defect disease which influenecs a baby′s breath,suck,swallow and language function. Using repair operation to resume dissection,we can separate oral cavity from nasal cavity to improve the sick baby′s swallow and language function.It is important to make full preparation operation and do careful nursing after operation.
