富营养化水中14种野生植物光合和营养吸收的相关性 被引量:8

摘要 研究了富营养化水栽培下14种野生植物光合和营养吸收的关系,结果表明,植物的日光合量大小顺序与植物对环境因子的响应一致,且高光合量的8种植物对环境因子的响应显著大于其它低光合量的植物(P<0.05);植物的日光合量、最大光合速率及光照强度-光合速率的b值与营养元素的吸收均存在着显著正相关,因此,日光合量、最大光合速率及光照强度-光合速率的b值可作为人工湿地净化工程植物选种的重要指标.本项研究表明,芦苇、早熟禾、杭州石荠芋、鸭儿芹、凤眼莲、水芹等6种植物可选为人工湿地净化工程的植物. The relationship of photosynthetic rate(Pn) and mineral absorption of 14 wild species cultured in the eu- trophic water are studi.The results show that the daily photosynthesis is consistent with the responds of plants to the environmental factorsand and the responds of the eight species with higher daily photosynthesis are remarkably larger than the responds of those with lower photosynthesis (P<0.05);each of the daily photosynthesis,the Max rate of pho- tosynthesis,the regression coefficient of the regression equation between light and the rate of photosynthesis are posi- tively related to the mineral absorption.Therefore,all of the three can be used as important index of purification capa- bility of plants chosen to purify waste water in artifical wetlands.The mineral absorption of plant shows that Phragmites communis,Poa annua,Mosla hangchowensis,Cryptotaenia japonica,Eichhornia crassipes and Oenanthe javanica can be used for this purpose.
