补肾汤治疗肾阳虚证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Kidney Tonic Decoction to Treat the Insufficiency of Kidney- Yang

目的:探讨中药治疗肾阳虚证的有效方法.方法:将肾阳虚证患者172例,随机分成两组:治疗组采用自拟方补肾汤进行治疗,对照组用金匮肾气丸治疗,4周后观察疗效并进行比较.结果:治疗组显效率为60.2%,总有效率为97.7%;对照组显效率为34.5%,总有效率为88.1%.两组显效率比较有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01),总有效率比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:认为补肾汤补而不腻,温而不燥,治疗肾阳虚证效果显著.

Objective:To explore effective ways to cure the insufficiency of kidney-Yang with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Group 172 cases in two.The treated group were treated by the kidney tonic decoction préscribed by the doctors.The control group were treated by the single medicine Jinguishenqiwan.Four weeks later,the results were observed and compared.Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treated group were 62.2% and 97. 7 %.The control group were 34.5 % and 88.1%.The cure rate of statistical analysis shows a significant difference (P <0.01) and so does the total effective rate (p<0.05).Conclusion:The article shows the effect of traditional Chinese medicine kidney tonic decoction is nourishing,refreshing and gentle,neither hot nor dry,and is superior to Jinguishen- qiwan.
