运动训练对人体在不同功能状态下血清中NO含量和NOS活性影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了探讨不同运动训练对人体在不同功能状态下一氧化氮 (NO)代谢和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响 ,分别对有氧训练者、无氧训练者和普通大学生进行了对比研究。结果发现 ,安静状态时 ,2个训练组血清中 NO含量明显高于对照组 ,无氧训练组高于有氧训练组 ,NOS活性有氧训练组明显高于对照组和高于无氧训练组 ;定量负荷后 ,无氧训练组 NO含量明显高于对照组和高于有氧训练组 ,NOS活性有氧训练组明显高于对照组和高于无氧训练组 ;力竭性运动后 ,有氧训练组 NO高于无氧训练组和对照组 ,2个训练组 NOS活性显著高于对照组。说明有氧运动训练或无氧运动训练均可提高人体在不同功能状态下血清中 NO含量和 In order to probe how exercise training influence NO content and NOS activity in blood serum, the author makes the comparative analysis for aerobic training group, anaerobic training group and the control group. The result shows that two exercise training groups' NO content is higher than the control group, NOS activity of aerobic group is higher than the control group in rest. The NO content of anaerobic exercise training group is higher than the control group, NOS activity of aerobic group is high compared with the control group in fixed load. NO content of aerobic exercise group is higher than anaerobic group and the control group, NOS activity of two exercise group is higher than the control group after exhaustive exercise. It can be concluded that aerobic or anaerobic exercise training can obviously increase NO content and NOS activity in blood serum.
