摘要 对北京市 73名小学四年级学生进行了为期 1年的开放式对照研究 ,以自编儿童右脑增智体操作为运动刺激源 ,使用脑诱发电位测试仪 ,获得事件相关电位 ERP(P30 0 )数据 ,采用韦氏儿童智力测验 (WISC- R)和儿童用脑习惯的测验表 ,对实验前、后儿童智力的变化和用脑习惯等进行相关研究。实验组 ERP中 SP3潜伏期缩短 ,ASP3波幅加大 (P <0 .0 1) ;右脑度、智商水平与对照组比有一定程度的提高 (P <0 .0 1)。编制的“儿童右脑增智体操”对反复、科学地加强左侧肢体运动及手指、眼睛等部位的灵巧运动 。 The aim of this study is to improve intelligence in children by Right Brain Gymnastics created by us according to the theory of Neurophysiology and Sports Medicine. It includes the body exercise especially the left side exercise, fingers and eyes exercise, mental gymnastic. 73 pupils aged from 8 to 10 were divided into two groups randomly. The research group trained by Right Brain Gymnastic for one year and the control group does routine exercise as usual. The brain activity and the change of intelligence measured by amplitudes and latencies of event related potential (ERP), Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC), and the Right Brain Questionnaire.The Right Brain Scale and IQ especially PIQ Scale are significant difference between the research group and the control group ( P<0.05 ) and the latency of P300 get shorter, the amplitude of P300 get higher (P<0.01).Children often do Right Brain Gymnastics can improve their right brain function and intelligence.
