进入新世纪 ,我国的国际环境发生了新的变化。和平与发展这个时代主题问题再次成为人们关注的焦点。本文从邓小平时代主题论的形成和发展过程入手 ,论述了邓小平时代主题论的两个层次内容 ,并结合二十世纪九十年代以来中国所面临的国际形势的变化 ,分析了和平与发展仍然是我们时代的主题 ,必须继续坚持党的基本路线毫不动摇。

On entering the new century,great changes have taken place in China's international environment.The peace and development have become age theme which people again pay more attention to.The paper,from the angle of forming and developing of Dong's age theme,explains two contents of Dong's age theme and combining with the change of international situation China has faced since 1990s,analyes that peace and development is still our age's theme so we must firmly insisti on the cardinal route of our party.
