On Cultivating Special Quality of Noble Dignity of College Students

人格特质是反复多次由人格需要引起、由人格判断决定的行为所形成的一种反应定势。培养大学生的优良人格特质 ,就是要使大学生在各种环境下所形成的行为定势能符合社会需要。本文从人格需求和人格判断出发 ,分析影响大学生人格行为的环境因素 ,提出培养大学生优良人格特质的对策。

The special quality of dighity is a fixed tend which is repeatedly caused by the need of dighity and is formed by the behavour that is decided by dignity judging.To cultivate students' special quality of noble dignity is to make them form fixed tend of behavour in different situations which meet the needs of society.The paper,from dignity demand and dignity judgement,analyses the environmental factors which may influence students' dignity behavour and proposes countermeasure for cultivating students' special guality of noble dignity.
