摘要 大鼠不同巨噬细胞亚群在特性抗原、组织分布、对炎症的反应、受体表达等均存在明显差异。本文据单克隆抗体ED1、ED2区分的不同巨噬细胞亚群的这些差异进行综述 。 There is distinct diversity in specific antigens, histological distribution, inflammatory response and expressive receptors in rat macrophage subpopulations. In this text distinct difference on ED1 and ED2 macrophage subpopulations has been briefly reviewed, the significance has been expected.
