摘要 本文综述了近年来肺非特异性防御机制的研究进展 ,主要包括呼吸道抗微生物肽、巨噬细胞和细胞因子应答以及中性粒细胞的募集和吞噬方面的新发现。 We reviewed the progress of the research on mechanism of lung nonspecific defense in recent years, including the discovery and new point of view on antimicrobial peptides, phagocytes and cytokines response, as well as neutrophil recruitment and phagocytic defense.
