摘要
研究了雷公藤内酯酮的紫外吸收分光光度测定方法 ,在有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵存在的 p H=6.5的B— R缓冲溶液介质中 ,其最大吸收波长位于 2 2 3.0 0 nm,在 0~ 1 2 .4 3μg/m L 范围内符合比耳定律 ,线性回归方程为 :A=-0 .0 2 66+0 .0 653C,相关系数γ=0 .9964% ,标准加入回收率为 98.94 %~ 1 0 0 .1 8% ,相对标准偏差为 :4 .4 3%。
The way of determination of triptonide by UV spectrophotometry has been studied.The maximum absorption wavelength was obtained at 223nm in the buffer solution of BrittonRobinson of pH65 containing hexadeoltrimethy lammonium bromide(CTAB) by UV spetrophotometry.Beer′s law is obeyed when the concentration of thiptonide is between 0 and 1243μg/mL.The recovery are in the range of 9894%~10018% and the relative deviations are less than 443%(n=6).
