摘要
用甘蔗幼叶作外植体进行离体培养 ,比较不同外源激素对愈伤组织的诱导和再生植株分化的影响。结果表明 :同一浓度的 2 ,4— D较 NAA的诱导率高 ,6—BA的浓度为 1 .0 mg.L-1有利于再生植株的分化 。
In vitro culture of young leaves of sugarcane,compared with effects of exogenous hormones on induction and differentiation of callus,The results showed that at the same concentration the induction rate of 2,4 D treated callus is higher than that of NAA treated callus at 1 0mg·L -1 of 6 BA,differentiation of plantlent regeneration is better and survival,rate of tube seedling transplantation is higher.
