针对车站最初一段时间在减速顶用、管、修工作中存在的问题 ,在车站领导和广大职工的积极支持下 ,依靠科学管理 ,不断实践探索出一系列行之有效的办法 。

Aimed at the problems existted on the work of the application,management,maintenance for retarders in the marshalling station in the early time,we have explored a serious of effective measures relying on scientific management with continous practice and make retarders playing more great role for safe production of railway transportation.under active support of leaders and workers and staff members of marshalling station.
