摘要 一些铜火法冶炼厂家由于缺乏快速分析设备,难以确定吹炼炉的入炉铜锍品位,本文基于灰色理论,由铜锍品位的历史数据建立GM(1,1)模型群,尔后对模型群中的各个模型进行粉度检验,进而利用精度较好的模型来预测当前入炉品位值。对现场90余班次的品位预测计算表明,预测平均误差仅±0.5%以内,可满足工程要求。 Lacking of the express analysis instruments, it is hard for the operators to determine the grade of the matte just added into the converting furnace. A new method of prediction based on the grey theory has been developed in this thesis. The author has established a series of grey models for the historical data and has tested the accuracy of each model ,moreover, predicted the new information. The comparison between the prediction and. the assay result showed the average error was only range from ±0. 5.
