短期耐力、力量性耐力训练对有氧能力的影响 被引量:2

Study on effects of short-term endurance and strength-endutrance training on aerobic capacity

摘要 为了探讨同属有氧训练的短期耐力训练和力量性耐力训练对有氧能力的影响 ,本研究分别在训练前 ,训练 6周后和训练 8周后测试了 2 0名男大学生的VO2max.结果发现耐力训练 6周后VO2max就有显著性提高 ,而力量性耐力训练 8周后VO2max才有显著性提高 .这提示短期耐力训练和力量性耐力训练都能提高VO2max。 To investigate effects of short-term endurance and strength-endurance training on aerobic capacity this research measured VO 2max of twenty male university students before, after six and eight weeks training separately.The results showed that VO 2max enhanced significantly following six weeks endurance training or eight weeks strength-endurance training. But there was different training time threshold value necessary for enhancing VO 2max .
