早产儿视网膜病变 被引量：4

摘要 早产儿视网膜病变(Retinopathy of Prematurity,ROP)是一种发生于早产儿和低出生体重儿的血管增殖性视网膜病变[1].视网膜血管形成始于妊娠第16周,它从视盘开始向视网膜周边延伸.大约在妊娠第36周到达鼻侧锯齿缘,第40周到达颞侧锯齿缘.因此,早产儿前部视网膜的血管形成在出生时是不完全的.
